Nick Taylor, the first Canadian to win this year’s RBC Canadian Open golf tournament, will be the face of the tournament’s logo. Local media outlets, including the Associated Press, reported on Tuesday that the Canadian Open organizing committee will replace the logo, which currently features a player taking a swing, with a victory shot of Taylor throwing his putter into the air after winning next year.

Taylor became the first Canadian to win the U.S. Professional Golf (PGA) Tour’s RBC Canadian Open in June at Oakdale GC in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, after defeating Tommy Fleetwood (England) in a playoff to become the first Canadian to win the tournament in its 69-year history. Taylor made a dramatic 22-meter winning eagle putt in the 스포츠토토존 fourth overtime on the par-5 18th hole.
