Giannis Antetokounmpo, who was selected as the NBA regular season MVP twice, served as the Greek team’s flag bearer at the opening ceremony of the Paris Olympics this year.
The Hellenic Olympic Committee announced on the 10th (Korean time), “We have selected Antetokounmpo and track and field athlete Antigoni Drisviotti as the flag bearers for the opening ceremony of the Paris Olympics.”

Antetokounmpo, who was named NBA regular season 커뮤니티 MVP in 2019 and 2020, led his team, the Milwaukee Bucks, to a championship victory in 2021 and was also named Finals MVP.
