Women’s professional volleyball team Hyundai E&C extended its winning streak to six games.

Hyundai E&C won the Dodram 2023-2024 V-League home match against Korea Expressway Corporation 3-1 (25-19 17-25 25-17 25-16) on Sunday at 토토사이트 Suwon Gymnasium.

Second-place Hyundai E&C, which improved to 10 wins and 4 losses and 32 points, reduced the gap between itself and first-place Heungkuk Life (12 wins and 1 loss, 33 points) to one.

‘Ssangpo; Moma led the way with 19 points and Jeong Ji-yoon 14 points.

Additionally, outside hitter Wipawi, who was making his comeback after briefly returning to Thailand due to a father’s injury, chipped in with 10 points.

After the game, Wipawi said, “When I first heard the news, I was very surprised and sad. When I got back to Thailand, I spent a lot of time with my family and talked to them, and I got better. When I came back, it was hard, but they supported me a lot, so it was okay,” he said. He said, “I think if I have to do something, I have to do it,” and he spoke responsibly. The comfort of his teammates also helped.

AsiaQuarter’s Wipawi has been adjusting to life in the V-League for three rounds now. “I thought the most important thing was to adapt to the team, but it wasn’t difficult at all because the players in my team are always close,” he said.

The schedule in the V-League can be a little tight, but Wipawi said, “The staff does a really good job of coordinating the schedule, so it’s not hard at all.”

Unusually, Wipawi was drawn to boneless chicken feet in Korea. “I saw it in a lot of dramas, so I wanted to try it,” Wipawi says, smiling, “It was the first time I tried it in Korea and it was delicious.”
